My Mission:

To create meaningful, results-driven experiences by combining my passion for people, strategic thinking, and event expertise. I aim to build lasting relationships, deliver exceptional value, and grow as a leader in both the sales and hospitality industries.

Why Sales?

Sales is about more than just closing deals. It is about understanding people, solving problems, and building lasting relationships. With a background in event management and hospitality, I have seen how meaningful connections can create real value. I am drawn to sales because it blends strategy, communication, and creativity. These are three strengths I use to deliver impactful experiences and drive results. Whether planning a large-scale event or uncovering a client's needs, I am passionate about creating solutions that make a difference.

Experience

Sales Intern

Boston Beer Comapny

Gained hands-on experience in the alcoholic beverage industry by supporting the sales and marketing of well-known brands including Samuel Adams, Dogfish Head, Twisted Tea, Truly, and Angry Orchard. Assisted with merchandising, promotional events, and increasing product visibility across both on-premise and off-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores. Collaborated with team members and worked independently to learn the sales process, the 3-tier distribution system, and strategies for driving brand awareness and growth.

Vice President IV of
Philanthropy and Service

Zeta Tau Alpha

As Vice President of Philanthropy for Zeta Tau Alpha, I led our chapter’s community engagement and service initiatives. I collaborated with alumni and national advisors to strengthen our philanthropic impact and develop long-term strategies for growth. I planned and executed major events, including our annual Lip Sync competition in October, which raised over $150,000 for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness. This role allowed me to develop skills in event planning, leadership, and relationship-building.

Hospitality Operations
Intern

Marriot Vacations Worldwide

Completed a hands-on internship focused on enhancing guest experiences at a luxury resort. Planned, organized, and executed a variety of recreational activities for guests of all ages. Delivered personalized customer service through initiatives such as weekly welcome events, poolside interactions, and daily resort updates. Managed the activity center by checking guests in and out of activities, restocking inventory, and processing payments at the register. Designed new crafts, games, and entertainment ideas to elevate guest engagement. Gained cross-functional exposure to resort operations including sales, food and beverage, and front desk services.

Testimonials

"This year my team was lucky enough to work with 2 interns covering our territory and diving into the world of sales and CPG. Chloe was our intern for Broward and Palm Beach Counties and from day 1 she was a sponge; Chloe is driven, organized, and most importantly passionate about everything she does. The last 8 weeks have at times been very far from glamorous (given the nature of our business), but Chloe took each day in stride and has truly become one of us in the way she looks at a grocery store cooler or a restaurant draft tower. Chloe will excel in anything she choses to do because of her incredible attitude, resilience, and desire to learn."

-Ale Pomacusi, Boston Beer Company District Manager - South Florida

"Working with Chloe as our Vice President of Philanthropy made leading effortless. She's incredibly hardworking organized, and a great leader. She set fundraising records, planned impactful events, and led teams with purpose and success. All in all, anyone would be lucky to work alongside someone like Chloe who leads with intention and proactiveness."
